Hornady Shell Plate No 45 is designed for smooth, reliable case feeding and indexing when running .45 ACP through Hornady Lock-N-Load (LNL) Auto-Progressive and compatible Pro-Jector systems. The updated shell plate geometry adds a smooth radius around the shell holder mouth to help cases feed cleanly, including when paired with the LNL case feeder, and it includes a beveled retainer spring groove to help keep the spring in position during operation.
